Introduction to standards:
This standard specifies the conformance test procedures for the Chinese character intelligent user telegraph system. The test procedures included in this standard are based on the requirements of the three main aspects of the intelligent user telegraph system: a) Intelligent user telegraph transport layer procedures as specified in GB 13130. B) Intelligent user telegraph control procedures as specified in GB 13129. C) Intelligent user telegraph service aspects, as specified in the relevant standards GB 13127, GB 13128, GB 13129 and CCITT Recommendation F.200 and CCITT Recommendation T.390. This test procedure is used to assist in verification, but it cannot guarantee that the Chinese character intelligent user telegraph system fully complies with the relevant standards. This test procedure does not replace the relevant intelligent user telegraph standards, which are still the specifications that determine various aspects of intelligent user telegraph services and systems. This test procedure covers those aspects of intelligent user telegraph that have international end-to-end significance.
