Scope of application
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Method of benzene-insoluble substancesdetermination for pesticide emulsifiers
Method of benzene-insoluble substancesdetermination for pesticide emulsifiersThis method is applicable to the determination of benzene-insoluble substances in pesticide emulsifiers. 2 Reagents
Benzene (GB690-77): chemically pure.
3 Apparatus
3. No. 14 sintered glass funnel.
3. 2500 ml suction filter bottle. bzxZ.net
3. 3150 ml beaker.
4 Determination procedures
UDC 66.063.61
GB 3776.4—83
(Confirmed in 1989)
Wash the No. 4 sintered glass funnel and dry it in a 110℃ oven to constant weight (weighed to 0.0002 grams). Then put it on a 500ml suction filter bottle. Weigh 20g of the pesticide emulsifier sample in a 150ml beaker (weighed to 0.1g), add 80g of benzene, and stir with a glass rod until uniform. Pour the sample into the sintered glass funnel and filter it under vacuum. After filtration, wash the beaker and funnel with 100ml of benzene three times. Finally, filter for 5 minutes. Remove the sintered glass funnel and dry it in a 110℃ oven to constant weight (weighed to 0.0002 grams). Note: ① If the pesticide emulsifier sample is in a semi-solid state or has stratified precipitation, it should be slightly heated to make it in a homogeneous flow state. ② The operation should be carried out in a fume hood.
5 Result calculation
The content of benzene insoluble matter (% (X) in the sample is calculated as follows: X=
Wherein: A-
-The weight of the sintered glass funnel after constant weight, g; B
-The total weight of the sintered glass funnel and benzene insoluble matter after constant weight, g; B
G-The weight of the sample, g.
